End of Support Notice for Systems Survey Maestro by Greene Software, LLC
In March 2021, George Greene, the founder and owner of Systems Survey Maestro by Greene Software LLC, passed away unexpectedly. He was the sole face and voice of Systems Survey Maestro. Questions about what would happen to the software he created, maintained, and supported were certainly numerous, and for a while, difficult to answer. Green Software LLC was formally dissolved on January 1, 2022, and assets of System Survey Maestro were sold to Maestro Nutrition LLC.
Although Maestro Nutrition maintained and supported existing customers using Systems Survey Maestro, those efforts came to an end with the official retirement of Systems Survey Maestro by Greene Software LLC in September 2023. That decision was made due to the age of software and the inability to enhance it to meet the requests and needs of its users.
Maestro Nutrition has since launched a suite of cloud-based subscription offerings that resemble the Systems Survey Maestro by Greene Software LLC platform, utilizing many of the usable features of the old platform, but is 100% cloud-based, accessible on any computer via an internet browser, has a modern and user-friendly interface, and a fully usable patient portal.
What does this mean if you were a user of the old legacy software.
The software you purchased from Greene Software LLC is yours, and you can continue to use it as you see fit. However, that legacy software is retired and is no longer being updated, maintained, or supported in any way. Maestro Nutrition makes no claims and does not accept any liabilities for the legacy software’s continued use and/or functionality.
If you were last using Systems Survey Maestro by Greene Software version 11.52, you may be able to migrate your old patient data from that system to Maestro Nutrition’s cloud service. Please contact us in advance to determine if this option is available to you.
