Share your unique link across:
- Social media ads and posts
- Email campaigns to past and potential patients
- Print materials using QR codes
When someone clicks your link, they’ll land on your branded Nutrition Assessment page, complete the Systems Survey, and be automatically entered into your Maestro database. You’ll be notified of all new patiets, and when their assessments is completed.
